PrepDrill is an exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, mock exams, and study guides to help users prepare for various certification and licensing exams. The Service includes both free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

Paid features are available as one-time purchases per exam. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if you have accessed more than 50% of the content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PrepDrill, including questions, explanations, study guides, and design elements, is owned by PrepDrill or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

PrepDrill is a study aid and does not guarantee exam success. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our materials. Exam requirements and content may change, and you should always verify information with official sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepDrill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
